Being body positive doesn’t mean that you have to be positive 24/7.
It entails learning to love the body you have. It’s a journey. You don’t always have to like your body. Part of being body positive is unlearning all of the hatred you have toward your body and that doesn’t happen over night. It’s okay to have bad days.

Don’t stop! Remember, what you do today goes towards how your body looks six months from now! So don’t give up cos you don’t see immediate change! Keep at it! It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends, and 12 weeks for everyone else!

Since I’m on my way to go stare at Zac Efron for 2 hours in a dark room, thought I would make a list of my favorite healthy snacks to bring to da movies.
*Tip, if you are seeing a sad movie, bring a raw onion to eat so that you can have a legit excuse for the tears streaming down your face (me when I see The Fault In Our Stars).
